Library - Ft. Thomas / Southgate Branch
Let the library board members know if a $27 million library is worthwhile in southern Campbell.

How will it cost $27 million when they tell us it will only be $20 per family per year?

The truth is that this new branch will cost us an additional $1,000,000 ($1 million) the first year alone.  That's a million dollars more than we already pay.  Now assuming that the library only takes a 3% increase per year in 20 years the South Branch will cost us over $1,750,500 per year for a total of over $27 million....OUCH.  Keep in mind, that's the cost of only one branch, there are 3 others.
